By accessing and using the services of Taccuino Interior Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Taccuino Interior Studio provides interior design services including but not limited to residential and commercial interior design, space planning, consultation, and project management services in Singapore.

3. Service Agreements

All interior design services are subject to separate service agreements that will be provided before project commencement. These agreements will include:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Terms and conditions specific to the project

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, plans, and materials created by Taccuino Interior Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the designs for the specified project.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and requirements
• Making timely decisions and approvals
• Ensuring access to the project site
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule

7. Limitation of Liability

Taccuino Interior Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be detailed in your service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in your agreement and applicable Singapore law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
